**Role Purpose**:
The main responsibility of the role is to support the medical/clinical discussions internally and externally and help the rest of the team to develop the projects that could fit better our client needs.

The Medical Consultant within the Healthcare Consulting Services Team will be involved in the development and delivery of multiple consulting projects focused on our Hospital/Healthcare clients (public and private hospitals, regional healthcare systems, health insurance companies, etc.).

Projects cover a broad spectrum all along the Data Process, since the obtention of the Data to its transformation into any of our different solutions that compose our Offering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participating in any medical/clinical discussion between IQVIA Healthcare and different healthcare professionals.
- Participating in the design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects related to the Healthcare sector.
- Participating in desk researches to a specific brief using internal and external sources.
- Performing quantitative analyses to aid development of recommendations.
- Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- MSc degree in Medicine with strong record of academic achievement.
- Very good knowledge and understanding of the hospital area.
- Previous experience dealing with different Stake Holders in the Healthcare/Hospital area.
- Previous consulting/analytical work experience on the Healthcare/Hospital area.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills - strong presentation skills with Power Point and ability to create and manipulate data via Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.

**Nice to have**:

- Previous experience in Advance Analytics Projects.
