**Your task**:

- Focus point for our efforts is the patient, ensured by the core working principles of high agility, quality and efficiency
- Core objective is to take accountability for and drive the overall business success in our markets worldwide
- Support for local trainer
- Design effective training programs within our blended learning concept
- Prepare, conduct and document training sessions for CRT/AS/customer according to product responsibility
- Design and develop training material e.g. workbooks, hand-outs, videos etc.
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Support and mentor new employees
- Interact as SME for training, device knowledge and nursing related questions
- Participate in product validations and project work
- Support for local trainer (training and device related questions, on-site support)
- Support the implementation of CAPA measures within the framework of quality management
- Support marketing and sales in rollouts and launches of active and non-active MPs

**Your profile**:

- Nursing education
- Specialisation in dialysis/nephrological nursing or comparable desired
- Medical device consultant according to MPG (or willingness to acquire)
- Pharmaceutical consultant (or willingness to acquire)
- Min. 2 years of professional experience as nurse or comparable
- Min. 2 years of experience in renal replacement home therapies
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in handling Fresenius Medical Care products or comparable products
- High level of independence and initiative
- Structured as well as quality-conscious, result-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills in the business field
- Intercultural competencies
- Very good moderation and presentation skills
- High ability to work in a team; integrative skills with the willingness to cooperate closely with other departments
- Confident, engaging, convincing and motivating appearance
- Good analytical skills and the talent to understand complex issues and explain them in a comprehensible way
- Extensive knowledge in the relevant therapeutic areas
- Knowledge in adult education
- Solid knowledge of the operational processes of a dialysis department (outpatient or clinic)
- Solid knowledge about the special needs of home patients
