Accounts Receivable Professional

**About the job**

At RHI Magnesita we are looking for a new colleague to join our Order to Cash Department. As our Accounts Receivable Professional, you will be responsible for customer payment-related transactions. Some of your duties will include, ensuring the accuracy of operations and processing, monitoring, and recording of incoming payments. In this role, you will get the chance to learn about the internal processes of RHI Magnesita and to collaborate with other departments such as Customer Service and Treasury to ensure the accuracy of payments allocation and customer receivables accounts.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Daily payment allocation to Customers
- Handling bank drafts/checks prepayments from customers
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Investigate older items on account, identify and troubleshoot

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, another relevant degree or equivalent relevant experience

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- A couple of years of relevant professional work experience
- Excel skills and SAP knowledge
