**FOX HEAD FRANCE**, subsidiary of **FOX HEAD EUROPE** is recruiting 1 sales associate exclusives M/F in CDI in the **Rhone Alpes Region**, ideally based in **Annecy**, to sell its **MTB** **/ Lifestyle collections.** **Missions**: - Present and sell the FOX collections during “Roadshows”, in Show-Room or directly at the point of sale - Develop and manage an existing customer portfolio while respecting your objectives - Participation in National and International meetings - Preparation of sales campaigns and action plan by season - Compliance with distribution policies and customer segmentation - Respect of the calendar of sales campaigns - Establish and maintain a lasting and lasting relationship with your customers - Analyze your various performance indicators and report them to your manager - Report to your management on a weekly frequency the opportunities, problems and needs of your sector - Realize your active prospecting by opening new customers **Required profile**: - Minimum of four years' experience in a B2B commercial - First successful experience in the world of **Motocross / MTB / Sport / Action Sport**: - Knowledge of the Motorcycle / Bike / Lifestyle market: Distribution, Trends, competitions - Understanding of the "retail" universe - Ability to carry out several projects at the same time in complete autonomy - Great negotiating skills - Good communication skills: Oral / Mail / Telephone - Strong sense of organization - Pack office mastery (Excel / Power Point / Outlook & Word) - Willing to be on the move 80% of your time - Driving license B - Good level in English - Attractive package - Variable - Benefits (vehicle, equipment, etc.)
