We are looking for a Systems Requirements Analyst to work in Alicante, Spain, on an Intellectual Property project for an institution.

The position will be aimed at providing requirements analysis in the field of Information Technology, by formulating functional and non-functional requirements and providing support during the life cycle of the information solutions.

**Tasks and Activities**:
The scope of work will include:

- Develop, propose and plan the approach for the requirements analysis activities.
- Draw up strategies, conduct feasibility studies, produce high-level and detailed business models, prepare business cases, oversee development and implementation of solutions, considering the implications of change on the organisation and all stakeholders.
- Verify, validate and ensure the cohesion and coherence of the Requirements Package.
- Perform requirements elicitation/gathering, identifying clear and qualified requirements from unstructured information.
- Maintain up-to-date requirements and system documentation.
- Assess Requests for Change.
- Assess IT systems and solution limitations as well as recommend actions to increase the value of solutions.
- Conduct and support User Acceptance Tests.

**Skills and Experience**:
The following skills and experience are mandatory:

- A university degree in a relevant discipline, from a recognized institution of secondary education.
- Experience in the following:

- System and Software requirements Analysis.
- Requirements related to digital systems, IT systems, definition of workflows, Software in general, Operating Systems, Security.
- Business Process Modelling (BPM).
- Requirements gathering standards for: BABOK v3, IIBA.
- Office 365.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

The following skills and experience would be highly desirable:

- DOORS or similar tools.
- Confluence, Jira or similar.
- ISO27001 - 27005, ECSS are welcome, related to the SW life cycle, system engineering.
