**Your mission**:
**As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will**
- Counsel Hiring Staff on the recruiting process to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations
- Participate in talent acquisition process and/or branding enhancement projects to define the next innovative best practice

**Your profile**:
**Required Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in international organisations, hiring for Tech background: Machine Learning, Software engineering, Quantum Computing or similar
- Experience in Social media (particularly Linkedin recruiter), multiple channels to influencing opinions and increase brand awareness
- Project management and process improvement skills are a big plus
- Collaborator, capable of building relationships across diverse teams and cultures
- A practical, logical thinker, resourceful, excellent attention to detail and reliable
- Enthusiastic, flexible, ability to multitask, and calm under pressure
- Good written and oral communication skills in English

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven track record of collaborating with colleagues and functioning as part of a team.
- Extensive experience managing and prioritising multiple searches and stakeholder relationships.
