Together, we can shape the future.We are looking for **Workday Project Officer** to join Global Payroll & Time project team. In this role, you’ll be fully dedicated to Workday related projects by delivering new implementations, enhancements, and improvements that support our organization’s global HRIS transformation roadmap.**In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:*** Participating in end-to-end Workday projects - including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment* Collaborate with project managers/workstream leads, internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, IT/IS, Finance) to define and to ensure alignment on configuration scope and deliverables* Translate business requirements into Workday solutions aligned with global and local policies* Participate in testing cycles (unit, end-to-end, integration, and user acceptance tests) and delivery of issue resolution* Develop and maintain project documentation, configuration workbooks, and materials for testing* Ensuring configuration and implementation consistency and compliance across countries* Contribute to project governance, change control, and configuration management processes* Share knowledge and best practices within the project team* Support post-implementation reviews to identify improvement areas and enhance delivery efficiency**To be successful in this role, you have:*** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with fluency in English* Workday certification in Time Tracking and Absence (preferred)* At least 3 years of Workday functional experience, with experience in Time Tracking and/or Absence configuration (must), experience with Payroll integrations (desirable)* Demonstrated experience in Workday implementation or enhancement projects, systems troubleshooting* Experience with global project environments or multi-country configuration projects is a plus* Ability to manage multiple project tasks and deliverables within established timelines* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail* Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills, together with a proactive mindsetSibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
