Job summary
The Selling on Amazon Registration and Verification team's mission is to: (a) make it simple and fast for Sellers to register globally, (b) verify the identity of every person and business selling on Amazon, and (c) continuously improve operations to achieve accuracy, speed, and scale. When we are successful, we enable Marketplace growth and build trust with our Customers.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who will play a key role in shaping how Amazon supports Sellers registering to sell on its Marketplaces, with a focus on new tech initiatives/ or business requirements that affect the Seller Experience. In this role you will partner with the product and technology teams, as well with our operations, compliance and regional Seller service teams. You will develop and own mechanisms to update stakeholders on the progress and impact of the our team’s key initiatives, and you will act as the Voice of the Seller, contributing to the design and delivery of key initiatives.
This is role will be the point of contact for the Seller Experience Program with other Amazon PMs worldwide, requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
- Build, drive and deliver the program roadmap
- Proactively work with partner business teams in a knowledge exchange.
- Partnership with the Product teams to reflect regional nuances when developing roadmap, and designing the product features.
- Deliver effective communication with Sellers - looking at where we can improve and where communication needs to be regionally specific.
- Working across Ops, Compliance, and Product to drive improvements for our Sellers.
A day in the life
- Deep dive on key program metrics for a specific region/program, find insights and trends, and influence product prioritization.
- Evaluate and consult on initiative launches so to not impose unnecessary friction to Sellers (language translations, local database integrations etc.)
- Develop nuances in SOPs, and coordinate with Ops and regional supporting teams to drive execution.
- Ensure product launches are reflected in our Help pages and any regional training materials.
- Drive new opportunities / mechanisms to stay connected to the voice of the Seller
- Taking part in Voice of Seller activities, and utilizing insights

This understanding ensures our registration and verification workflow is fast, safe, and easy to complete for our Selling Partners, whilst maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
- Fluent Portuguese (Brazilian).
- Experience working closely with risk, fraud or compliance organizations.
- Product management experience.
- Financial services industry experience.
