The association plays a crucial role in driving collaboration and growth among its member organizations.Role DescriptionThe Engagement and Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of member engagement initiatives and programs. Key responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, organizing events, managing communication channels, and ensuring positive member experiences in colaboration of the Comunications and Events Team. The manager will work closely with different stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation. xsgfvud This is a full-time hybrid role based in Barcelona, with some flexibility for remote work some days during the week depending on the agenda.QualificationsStrong project management and program coordination skillsProficiency in stakeholder and partnership managementExpertise in event planning and member engagement strategiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilitiesExperience or familiarity with innovation ecosystems and community developmentFluency in English, Catalan, and Spanish is preferredProficiency in digital tools and platforms for communication and program deliveryA proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Technology or a related field is advantageous
