Actualmente, estamos seleccionando un/a Industrialization and Projects Partner (H/M), para nuestra fábrica ubicada en Vigo (ENOR).

Como Industrialization and Projects Partner (H/M), tus funciones serán:

- Seguimiento y coordinación de proyectos interdepartamentales.
- Coordinación y preparación de eventos con otras fábricas o áreas.
- Visitas a fábrica y comunicación.
- Proyectos de ahorro, documentación y seguimiento.
- Documentación y reporte de cambios y mejoras en fábrica e ingeniería según requerimientos OPXL.

Para tener éxito en esta posición, deberás reunir los siguientes requisitos:
FORMACIÓN: Graduado en Ingeniería o Administración de Empresas

EXPERIENCIA: -1-3 años en puestos relacionados con producción y logística.
- Conocimientos de gestión de proyectos
- Capacidad de relación y coordinación

HERRAMIENTAS INFORMÁTICAS: Indispensable dominio Microsoft Office 365.

IDIOMAS: Nível medio -alto de inglés (B2-C1)

COMPETENCIAS: Altas capacidades de análisis, trabajo en equipo y control de procesos. Enfoque al cliente, adaptabilidad, comunicación, liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.

VALORABLE: conocimiento del Negocio y de la Compañía, así como de las herramientas internas propias de la gestión de supervisor.
