- About the role:_
We are looking for a Production Engineer Sr. with expertise in electronics manufacturing and production organization to join our team. As a leader of the Manufacturing area, you will coordinate production tasks, collaborate with R&D team to create the first prototyping of our technology, and lead an expert team to production our high-end technological systems.
- Key Responsibilities: _
- Oversee the Manufacturing area, encompassing production, quality control, and logistics subareas.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to prototype our R&D projects.
- Working with COO to elaborate the strategy of the area.
- Spearhead the industrialization process of our systems.
- Implementing and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and optimize costs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in electronics or equivalent field.
- Proven hands-on experience in cabling manufacturing, surface-mount device (SMD) soldering, and mechanical assembly processes, preferably within a high-tech or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in production planning methodologies and tools, such as ERP systems, capacity planning software, and lean manufacturing principles, to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets.
- Experience in verification and validation (V&V) processes, including manufacturing peer reviews, to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with laboratory measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, analyzer...)

- Fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
