We are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for our team in Barcelona. The job incumbent is responsible for R2R data analysis and reporting providing visibility of R2R performance and results to our stakeholders. The objectives of the role are to drive the delivery of the finance transformation related projects in respect of deliverables, timeline, and budget, to establish and run an effective project management governance and to propose corrective actions in conjunction with the project teams to ensure successful project implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and drive internal reporting on R2R KPI’s for the GBS organization to monitor performance of the team with regards to month end close, status of balance sheet reconciliations, journal approvals
- Identify and drive reporting requirements to support R2R including financial compliance and regional finance teams
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across functions ensuring effective collaboration across all teams
- Act as a change agent to ensure that change process is deployed with mínimal disruption and in a sustainable manner across the Organization
- Drive culture of innovation and continuous improvement
