As an Associate Director, Learning & Development for the R&D BioPharma Clinical Operations Quality & Learning department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering on our learning strategy to addresses the unique needs of this growing department. You will work in a highly collaborative and resourceful manner, quickly identifying and delivering the most effective learning solutions for our diverse global team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis with stakeholders to identify skill and knowledge gaps and define learning objectives.
- Collaboratively design, prototype, develop, test, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Manage end-to-end project planning and execution across multiple parallel projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new learning initiatives.
- Analyze evaluation data for learning solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update learning content on learning platforms to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Stay current with trends in Learning & Development to keep learning experiences impactful and engaging for the modern learner.
- Build strong and trusted working relationships with business leaders, HR / T&D partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Support the development of the L&D evaluation strategy, establishing key measures, data collection, and insightful reports to demonstrate the value and return on investment for learning activities.

**Education, Skills, and Experience**:

- Higher-level qualifications or accreditations in learning & development related field (preferred) and/or a proven track record of development and delivery of learning and development solutions in a Pharmaceutical R&D environment.
- Solid understanding of Adult Learning Principles, Learning Needs Analysis, Instructional Design and Development, and Design Thinking.
- Experience with the R&D drug development life cycle, specific experience with clinical operations (preferred), working in a highly regulated environment, and an understanding of the learning styles and needs of the R&D professional.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrix environment and influence others without authority.
- Ability to lead and manage complex learning projects that require more than one deliverable and handle multiple projects to successful completion.
- Delivery and outcome-focused, with the ability to set and manage priorities, resources, and goals for complex, fast-paced projects.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong relationship-building, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a global organization, across countries, cultures, and time zones.
