This exciting customer-facing role assisting the Operations Manager aims to develop, manage & build relationships with our most important customers - our drivers. In this role, you will ensure that drivers using the FREENOW platform are offering the best quality of service possible by identifying, proposing new ideas and actioning a variety of driver behaviours. You will strive to deliver a superior level of service to drivers using the FREENOW App, so they in turn can provide a superior level of service to our passengers.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
At FREENOW, drivers are at the heart of everything you do. As the first point of contact, you deliver exceptional and personalised support through face-to-face visits and offline interactions, ensuring every driver feels valued and cared for.
Your dedication will extend to onboarding new drivers, providing comprehensive training, conducting quality follow-ups and actions to increase the driver's engagement.
With seamless collaboration across departments, you'll drive excellence through engaging driver campaigns, empowering drivers to achieve remarkable performance and driving success on every journey. Moreover, you will actively contribute to additional projects, from deploying on-car advertisements to improving the driver app, reporting bugs, conducting tests, and conducting competitor research with market share analysis.
Together, we will shape a future of exceptional experiences for both drivers and passengers, one ride at a time.

**This is a fixed-term position with an expected length of 7.5 months.**
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:
- 6 months or 1 year experience in an operational or customer facing role. Experience in the ride-hailing industry is a bonus.
- You are a relationship-builder, enjoy meeting new people and are great at quickly understanding how to best work together.
- Excellent customer service & organisational skills, eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Proactive, personable, confident and able to deal with an array of different characters and tailor your communication accordingly.
- Being comfortable working with datasets & making data driven decisions.
- Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
