In order to complete our Market, Sales and eBusiness Technology Department, we are currently looking for a **CMS and Front-End Technology Expert
- Nespresso eCommerce.**

**Position Summary**:
As a CMS and Front-End Technology Expert, your area of activity will cover the technology side of Nespresso’s eCommerce. You will work in a direct-to-customer context with significant volumes and traffic and a very rich feature offering, being part a of large development organization with direct impact to the online business.
As a central part of the software architecture community, you will bring deep expertise and knowledge to the product team, being the technical reference person for Nespresso eCommerce software components based on CMS (Drupal) and Front-End technologies. You will guide and promote optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within the area of expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides the product team with CMS (Drupal) and Front-End technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision.
- Align business requirements and technical specification to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Participate in the Nespresso software architecture community and lead the eCommerce CMS (Drupal) and Front-End technical experts located in the development centers.
- Estimate development effort for new projects and report progress of developments, to both technical and non-technical communities.
- Ensure the quality of the delivery of the external partners and its alignment to the technology strategy.
- Contribute to the availability and evolution of the Continuous Integration solution (including quality and Security checks) in collaboration with the teams running the service.
- Drive and influence the technical activity (design, build, testing) in significant or complex development initiatives, accountable to the Product Managers or Platform Managers for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables.
- Help others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions.
- Responsible for ensuring that all solutions within their technology area are secure and compliant (according to external regulations and to internal standards).
- Participate in peer reviews of deliverables and carry out formal and informal reviews of technical designs, standards, documentation and/or implementations.
- Advises and coaches key stakeholders to anticipate and to continuously improve trouble-free usage of the Drupal Solutions and Web Front-End clients; and work closely with suppliers and offshore groups to achieve SLO adherence and deliver lowest cost sustain, to drive optimization and simplification of sustain processes to drive out waste.
- Work with Product managers, Tech Leads, Solution Architects and Business Analysts as required to ensure any solution within their specific specialism fits with strategic and technical direction.

- A passion for technology and software development, and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical populations in a large organization.
- An experience in large development teams & organizations, with multiple delivery and organization models.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in the relevant area of expertise. Ideally 3-5 years as a developer and 2-3 years as a Technical Lead.
- Experience in Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
- Previous experience in code inspection, review and code quality check.
- Experience of successfully leading technical evaluations.
- Experience of resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties.
- A strong focus and experience on Drupal, Javascript, React and/or vue.js. Hands-on experience with decoupled Drupal instances is a plus.
- Used to work with Product Designers and the co-creation of Design Systems from the technical side.
- Experience of source code management software (GIT) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools, DNS, WAF.
- Ability to contribute to the knowledge base by elaborating guidelines for Fro
