**SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER CAPEX (INDUSTRIAL)
At LHH Executive we are currently working with a multinational company leading the agribusiness sector that is looking for a Senior Project Manager CAPEX being based in Barcelona.
Reporting to the Regional Director CAPEX, your main functions will be to:
- Lead and oversee the execution of allocated CAPEX in Europe and Asia in collaboration with the affected factories
- Ensure adequate construction processes are in place to secure safety standards
- Deliver Industry 4.0 projects for the Region on time and on budget
- Promote the use of agile methods and share the operational model by mentoring and supporting the team members
- Model workflows for the team seeking to standardize agility processes to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the Managers and Industry 4.0 Leaders to plan, execute and disseminate projects, counting on the necessary resources for the investments
- Define and monitor project KPIs
- Identify, contract and collaborate with external partners
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by promoting innovation and experimentation
We are looking for a Senior Manager with extensive experience in engineering and construction project management in industrial environments. Ideally, you will hold a Master’s degree and PMP Certification and you will be experienced with Lean, SCRUM or KANBAN methodologies. It is important that you can collaborate with cross functional teams dealing with different levels in the organization, communicating effectively and managing conflicts to reach solutions. You should be fluent in English and have availability to travel internationally.
