**HR Manager**

**Your Job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent

**Leadership**:

- Build strong business partner relationships with each division, providing support, guidance, and recommendations related to talent management
- Regular communication with other departments, working with managers to identify specific work situations requiring employees or management to better understand and implement changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies
- Strategic and operational leadership and development of the HR function
- Development and implementation of Spanish and corporate HR initiatives
- Outwardly represent the Company to applicants, service providers, clients, and others
- Alignment with legal and governance requirements to minimize legal exposure
- Lead HR-related components of future mergers and acquisitions

**Operational Human Resources and Organizational development**:

- Recruiting and staffing
- Performance management
- Career development & training
- Competency management
- Organizational development: support of upcoming organizational changes through adequate change management measures and communication
- Employee on-boarding and orientation
- Policy development and documentation
- Oversight of payroll and benefits administration, with support of Finance team
- Compensation strategy, research and planning, to include all facets of total rewards program, job bands, levelling, promotions
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health including responsibility for compliance with all legal provisions
- Investigation and problem solving related to grievances, settlement of disputes, disciplinary cases, investigations, and employment-related litigation and hearings
- Employee relations, services and counselling
- Counselling of executives and employees in all questions related to labor law
- Employee retention and branding: define and introduce activities to increase the attractiveness of the organization and retain existing employees
- Personnel administration: accurate maintenance of all employee data (HR systems, personnel files)
- Management of a smooth employee exit process
- HR reporting on HR key performance indicators
- Contingent workforce management
- Other duties as assigned

**Administration**:

- Project lead on any office relocation or restructuring initiatives
- Oversee day to day management of office space, taking lead in interactions with building management and other vendors to address any space-related questions and concerns
- Administrate the organization’s future benefits programs including insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, workers' compensation and serve as the point of contact for these vendors
- Own administration of HRIS and other talent-related internal systems
- Develop and maintain documentation on people, operations, processes, and policies
- Organize and maintain employment files such as employment records, certifications, and agreements
- Manage all inventory needs and requests, overseeing relationships with vendors and sourcing new vendors as applicable
- Coordinate desk setups and assignments, partnering with IT and other team members as necessary

**Your Profile**
- Minimum: successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or Business Administration
- Hands-on experience in a generalist HR role (minimum of 8 years) with the ability to work as a business partner to senior leaders
- Experience in building and leading a regional HR function, with economic knowledge
- Experienced in managing payroll and Human Resources Information Systems
- Experienced in leading and handling organizational change
- Excellent and prominent interpersonal and leadership qualities
- Critical thinker; proven ability to analyze and solve problems and to develop possible solutions
- Ability to motivate employees and build lasting relationships
- Ability to professionally represent the company with regard to external stakeholders
