**Mission of the position**:
To coordinate the Operations Area in order to respond to all the needs required for each Joint Venture. To standardise the information provided for each JV by Operations, ensuring that it meets the quality requirements determined. Propose and promote improvement initiatives.

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Training in Hospitality and/or Administration
- Previous experience in Project Management.
- High knowledge of Office 365 in general (power point, Excel, Teams, sharepoint, collaborative tools, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAP/BW and Power Bi, as well as planning tools will be an asset.
- Knowledge of Hotel Operations will be an asset.
- Very high level of Spanish and English.
- Commitment to live in Palma
- High capacity of organization, influence and management with different teams, as well as leadership and good communication skills. Perseverance and the ability to cope well in situations with a high volume of work.
