Skydance Animation Madrid is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Learning & Development** trainee to join our studio

Our Internship Program offers its own unique learning opportunities. You will have the chance to network and meet with Skydance leaders, learn transferable skills, and gain real-world experience. It is an experience ideal for those moving from the classroom to the industry.

This is a paid internship that will be held on-site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the L&D team members in the onboarding process, training actions planned and the documentation structure.
- Assists the L&D team members with the coordination of the trainings (invites, rooms, attendance tracking, etc.)
- Ensures all the audiovisual content of the learning site achieves the quality required (edits, uploads, creates SharePoint pages, metadata, updates the catalog, etc.)
- Assists the L&D team members with the trainings follow-up (download of reports, surveys, reminders of attendance, documentation signatures, etc)
- Follows the Tutor’s guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Must be available for at least 3 months onsite (from Monday until Friday, 35h/week).
- Must be currently enrolled in your last year in an Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s program at an accredited institution in teaching, communications or HR.
- Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge in video editing is desired.
- Knowledge in SharePoint and/or Power Apps is desired.
- Highly motivated and interested in Animation and Technology.
- Good team player
- High English level.
- Spanish desirable.
