Project Manager for Chief Commercial Officer

**Position**:
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of International Sales (Chief Commercial Officer), you will be responsible to drive insights and strategic initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with regional presidents, retail team and other functions to ensure timely execution and completion.

This position will be based in our HQ in Madrid.

**Your role will be**:

- Translate market trends, global corporate priorities & company performance into useful findings as inputs into strategic priorities
- Partner with regional presidents, their teams and retail team at HQ to identify business opportunities/ issues and adapt strategic priorities/ plans based on current trends
- Drive selected, priority retail initiatives:

- ensuring alignment to global and local strategy
- driving progress and content and resolving bottlenecks
- communicating up and down to ensure stakeholder alignment
- examples of past projects include retail training, optimisation of in-store back of house
- Prepare and input into key strategic documents, such as strategic plans and budgets
- Support the Executive Vice President of International Sales in preparation of ad-hoc requests

**Profile**:
**What is important for the role**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Management Consulting or a retail role in Fashion industry
- Strong analytical skills, able to structure and draw insights from multiple and complex sources
- Excellent relationship management skills with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in a multi-cultural organization
- Able to collaborate with different functions and teams in a multicultural environment to achieve common goals, with understanding of different leadership / cultural styles
- Clear and top down communication skills
- Proficient in English
