We are looking for** p**roeficient **Account Executives speakers in Dutch,** who are driven by objectives and of course their achievement: - ) **The missions**: - Create, preserve and develop relationships within a designated client portfolio through prospecting, sales calls and reporting. - Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers, understand their business needs and provide additional solutions to maximize growth. - Identify and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using the client's suite of product offerings. - You are able to provide customers with a value-based sales experience based on automation and customer behavior. - Work with a CSM to ensure high customer retention within your portfolio. - Work with a product specialist to introduce and sell new products to your portfolio. - Effectively contact 100% of your customer portfolio on a monthly basis. Organization will be the key to success - Accurately forecast monthly sales and retention results for management. - Contribute to the feedback of the client's entire organization using strong analytical thinking, presentation and problem solving skills. **Who is our new sales superstar?** - Native Dutch // Fluency in English (C1/C2) - 2+ years of experience in an IT account executive position (knowledge of SAAS products) - Sales degree is a plus but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to express yourself and present orally and in writing. - Technical knowledge and ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment. - Ability to quickly master new technologies. - Knowledge of the Internet and social networks. - Strong initiative with the ability to work independently - Motivated, open-minded and able to meet monthly deadlines and achieve results. - A positive attitude - A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Knowledge of Excel/Word/Google Docs/Gmail/Salesforce or CRM. **What to expect**: - A fantastic team always in a good mood and with the desire to surpass itself - An international environment: yes, 6 different languages in the same office - FLEX work format: this offer corresponds to the "hybrid" work format: some days you work from the office, and others #wfh. - Flexible start of the working day: principle of trust. - privatte health insurance - Work in a modern coworking space (or work from home). - Internal reimbursement for #wfh (up to 30€/month). - Company events.
