**Role purpose**

Contribute to and be part of the Service Delivery team, with specific focus on the day to day operations providing the H&S intercompany coordination support to ensure a proper provision of Service Delivery orders in Spain in accordance with customer and legal H&S requirements.

In addition, Tracking of OLO milestones and updating data into related Colt systems (Siebel, CEOS, XTRAC) and supporting initiatives to drive quality improvement measure

**Key accountabilities**
- Support the Service Delivery order process managing the H&S intercompany coordination activities (CAE - Coordinación Actividades Empresariales):

- Review and verification of CAE related documentation, specially from Colt subcontractors to ensure a fast service installations is provided
- Ensure the H&S documentation for the intercompany coordination is maintained accurately on CAE platforms and uploaded on time
- Interact with customer’s prevention services (internal, external or joined) to understand and agree their requirements when providing the service installation
- Attend and provide support on H&S intercompany coordination meetings with customers and subcontractors
- Support to other area departments.
- Work closely with local H&S team on any legal update and customer requirements. (e.g. provision of risk assessment, working methods, etc )
- Support in case of any Labour Inspection request
- Proven track record in coordinating interaction between carrier, customer and company
- Coordinating OLO delivery team tasks and balance the workload to ensure a successful team work in order to meet Colt goals: Leadtime reduction, NPS, MRR, etc
- Handles multiple information flows between different departments, locally and internationally.

- H&S documentation of Colt and its subcontractors is uploaded and keep updated in the different customer’s platforms.
- Compliance with Intercompany Coordination SLA’s
- Control of Key delivery 3rd party KPIs

**Role specific requirements**

**Skills & Experience
**Experience**
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as H&S technician is recommended, specially on construction sector
- Experience within a multi-site business operating a matrix management structure.
- Direct service delivery/order management experience within the Telco/Technology Services industry is beneficial
- Experience managing Third party suppliers desirable.
- Comfortable talking to different groups from different cultures and backgrounds, interacting with local authorities, customers and subcontractors

**Qualifications
**Essential**:

- Highly recommended to be trained on local H&S regulations in accordance with local basic H&S training requirements (Técnico Intermedio en PRL or FP Grado Superior - Técnico/a superior en Prevención de riesgos profesionales)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Technical writing is needed.
- Be computer literate, confident user of office including Excel (formulas), Word (formatting, hyperlinks and bookmarks), Acrobat writer (online forms).

**Preferable**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
