Manage and oversee all aspects of project management using ServiceNow
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and communications
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in IT projects and ITIL framework is a plus
