**Job description**:
As a Group Controlling Officer you will work at the international level and with all business and corporate activities of Mantu (11.5k employees, €1b revenue, 60 countries);
- Review the monthly financial statements provided by all the activities of the group. Discuss and challenge with financial directors the performance of their segments
- Provide in a timely manner the synthesis of the global financial performance of Mantu Group, along with qualitative comments for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Mantu Board
- Monitor progress and changes; keep senior leadership abreast of the organization’s financial status
- Ensure the global accuracy of financial statements by controlling key reliability indicators (intercompany reconciliation, shared services center reinvoicing, complete analytical allocation, etc)
- Perform comparisons of Mantu performance (profitability, growth) to competitors in the worldwide consulting industry
- Liaise with internal auditors and manage internal controls over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
- Create additional analyses as requested from senior management
**Profile**:
- You have or you are currently finishing a master degree in Finance/Accounting from a Business school
- You speak English and French fluently
- You have 2-3 years of experiences in finance
- You possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- You are highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Mastery of generative AI (ex: ChatGPT) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity
