For the expansion of our EMEA team, argenx is looking for a Training Lead, EMEA with a flexible location in Europe.
PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION
Additionally, you will need to thrive in a fast paced ambiguous environment, gain consensus with multiple stakeholders while leading your work and deliverables. This role will require extensive regional and national travel within EMEA. This highly visible and critical role will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing EMEA and have a dotted line to the Head of Medical Affairs EMEA.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop, deliver and evaluate training programs (together with vendors where needed), curricula, and corresponding training materials for, and in partnership with, commercial and medical affairs field teams (Key Account Managers, Sales & Marketing Directors, Medical Scientific Liaisons and Medical Directors)- Strengthen competitor training on competitive differentiation including war gaming, objection handling and mindset-
- Continually improve field training, meetings, and processes related to execution of field training- Proactively conduct on-going communications with field leaders and other key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop specific training interventions to address those needs- Work collaboratively with commercial and medical affairs field teams across the EMEA organization to strengthen the argenx customer engagement model (CEM)- Design and build a coaching model/framework/strategy to support the CEM- Develop appropriate tools to support the effective execution of the models, e.g. Field Coaching Reports- Effectively implement customer engagement and coaching models across appropriate field functions- Ensure the deployment and utilization of innovative (digital) training tools so that the field teams are equipped to be successful in an omnichannel environment- Create measurement tools to assess the impact of the CEM and coaching models as well as feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement- Lead ongoing field force and coaching needs assessments and identify appropriate training opportunities- Identify competencies and success factors for field team leaders- Design, build and deliver field leader training aligned to identified competencies/success factors and related field force effectiveness initiatives- Develop role excellence profiles based on high performing field team members- Coordinate administrative functions and create training materials together with Commercial and/or Medical Affairs stakeholders necessary to deliver and document training programs- Manage the identification and selection of vendors as well as manage existing relationships and projects relating to field training- Attend appropriate training classes to maintain an advanced level of knowledge- Establish KPIs and measurements of effort and impact
