**Job Description Summary**: This role, in partnership with regional ITR Team through a Standard Work Calendar, is responsible for both owning and improving the representation of regional sales performance.

The Sales Operations Leader will lead both Tactical and Strategic Initiatives across the Gas Power Europe ITR organisation to ensure we maximise the commercial value from our installed base whilst enabling customer success by ensuring any commercial commitments are aligned with our fulfilment functions.

The Sales Operations Leader will prepare and present monthly performance against Commercial Bowler on both Regional and Global MOR´s giving updates on Action Plans to achieve our Commercial Objectives.

This role will also include partnering with the Sub-Region ITR Leaders to ensure progression on commercial metrics via the ITR daily management process, and drive improvements for ITR Organization through Regional & Global Kaizen Calendars

The position reports to Forecasting & Sales Enablement Leader and is a key member of the Gas Power Europe ITR Operations team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Drive Commercial Intensity through Standard Work Calendar with Sales teams tracking actual business metrics against targets e.g. Upgrades, Commitment, Orders, CM and Cash
- Drive Sales Excellence through regional data visualization, digitization, & analytics strategy by partnering with the Regional Digital Team and Global NEX team to provide meaningful intelligence on our installed base to facilitate strategic discussions
- Partner with the Business Lines and Functions to explore growth and strategic opportunities by providing input on the region’s customer needs
- Provide Input into all areas of sales strategy and target setting process to ensure that we can execute against our key priorities and strategic programs.
- Operationalize global improvements & campaigns via communications, training, and coaching
- Work with Sales and Business Intelligence teams to understand both short and long-term market dynamics and outage forecast. This information will then be used as part of SI&OP process to ensure our Fulfilment Functions are correctly aligned with our customers needs.
- Lead process and procedure improvement commercial projects, identified through Daily Management, that will have a quantifiable impact on the AM/CSL/CPM/CFM teams.
- Lead and facilitate Lean PSRs/ Kaizen Events and provide formal feedback on progress to Leadership

**Qualification/Requirements**:

- University bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- proven operational experience (sales, customer service, finance, commercial operations)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills through excel and tableau
- Writing and communication skills in English
