We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as a Junior Manager for Undergraduate Programs will involve**:

- Increase overall awareness of IE Undergraduate programs in Europe.
- Plan, manage & implement business development and commercial activities for the region to promote IE’s Undergraduate programs.
- Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment activities, including Fairs, school visits, presentations, information sessions, etc.
- Benchmark competitors focusing mainly on their commercial activities and programs.
- Reports to the Channel Director and Regional director on the activities in the region.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications**:

- Between 0-3 years of professional experience.
- Experience in sales, marketing, communications, business development, ideally in the education sector is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree from IE University.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is fundamental.
- Experience in an international environment.
- Intellectual curiosity, open minded and creative.
- Great communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive.
- Strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style.
- Analytical and numerical skills.
- Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude.
- Availability to travel across the region.
