German Speaking Customer Representative for Fashion Industry

We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Representative for Fashion Industry to join one our exciting projects in the fashion field.

Your benefits:
- Full-time contract: rotative Monday to Saturday 8:00 to 19:00
- Competitive salary and performance bonus: 17 900,00 Euros gross/year + up to 1200 Euros gross/year in bonus

What you’ll experience with us
As a Customer Representative in our team, you will:
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in both German and English
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need
- Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
- Are resistant to stress and have very good communication skills and have a logical approach to problem solving
- Can work in a team, on own initiative, and adapt to different situations and needs.
