**This is your new job in Barcelona if**
- You have an excellent command of German and you are fluent in English (spoken and written)
- You are open to develop your customer service skills
- You are passionate about fashion and you have familiarity with this industry
- You are computer literate
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You pay attention to small details and you are well-organized
- You have an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive and engaging personality
- You are able to work 39 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern

**Experience with CRM is a plus

**Your day to day at work**:

- Effectively solve customer issues in German
- Manage complaints and inquiries with a proper and respectful tone
- Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
- Help clients with their online shopping and advise on their orders
