**About the role**:
At Flanks, we are looking for a **Financial Analyst Intern** to join our team. If you’re a motivated professional passionate about financial services and eager to take on an exciting challenge in a dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you
**What you'll do ️**:
Here’s what you can expect to work on:
- **Ensure Accuracy**: Verify data entries and cross-reference with original documents and third-party sources
- **Solve Issues**: Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies swiftly
- **Manage Assets**: Organize and maintain records of diverse assets like real estate, investments, and bank accounts
- **Extract Insights**: Process information from PDFs and integrate it into asset management systems
- **Support Operations**: Facilitate seamless client financial exchanges with banking entities
- **Drive Efficiency**: Collaborate on process improvement and automation projects ️
- **Leverage Data**: Help teams unlock insights and value from the database
- **Connect and Communicate**: Bridge clients, banks, and external advisors to ensure smooth operations
**What we'd love to see**:
The **essential skills** we’re looking for include:
- **Education**: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- **Experience**: Some experience in administrative, audit, or accounting roles within the financial/banking sector is a plus but not required
- **Language Skills**: Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with banking software and Microsoft Office tools
- **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized and methodical ️
- **Results-Oriented**: Strong focus on achieving results and meeting objectives
