**About the Role**
By joining CoverGo as the Head of Client Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a global team of insurance technology experts and be at the forefront of changing the insurance industry. **What You Will Do**
- Lead and manage the client services department, overseeing all aspects of project management and portfolio governance for our global clients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency, improve delivery standards, standardise project frameworks, enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to align on customer requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Monitor and analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Train and mentor project team members, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer services to drive continuous improvement within the department
**What We Need**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in client services, enterprise transformation, or leading large delivery functions within the insurance or financial technology industry
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of insurance products and services, with the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage customer data and feedback to drive informed business decisions
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, platform SaaS models and CRM systems is preferred
- Familiarity with start-up environments and a determined mindset to make a positive contribution to the overall success of CoverGo
