Location: Barcelona, ES, 08820- Requisition ID: 10401**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures activities and items follow both IT quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.
- Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of IT processes, programs and products in-process and recommends corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensures compliance with user experience and external specifications and standards.
- Participate with team in defining design process, practices, procedures and techniques.
- Has skills and experience to recommend and present quality improvements to processes.

- A professional who can advocate strongly for positions and still be 100% behind team decisions
- Ability to translate business needs & requirements into a holistic testing strategy
- Proficient analytical / problem-solving skills with ability to draw conclusions
- Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to make recommendations
- Experience with Azure DevOps and test automation services is a big plus.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 5-7 years of experience systems analysis validation including creation of custom SQL queries to perform data validation & gap analysis
- 5+ years of designing and building reusable testing automation
- Bachelor of Science degree (Computer Science or related field) or equivalent experience
- Experience with Test Automation tools (use & development) in an Azure Cloud environment
- Extensive and proven team leadership experience
