**Back Office Team Leader (m/w/d) im Service Backoffice**

**What you can look forward to**:

- Lead and supervise Back Office department, including Order Processing and Service tasks
- Develop procedures and ensure smooth operations during team absences
- Manage inventory, materials movements, supplier realtions and transport logistics
- Oversee invoices, process controls and public administration declarations
- Handle employee health, safety, training and office operations
- Coordinate with HR, insurance companies and banks on administrative matters

**What you bring with you**:

- Ideally initial professional experience in the service department of an industrial company
- A structured, proactive and independent way of working is essential
- Strong customer and service orientation and enjoy new challenges
- Ability to organize and lead a team
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
