**About the Client**
Our client is an international group of companies in the iGaming industry. The group is actively expanding its commercial reach and building skilled in-house teams to support strategic development across multiple verticals.

**Role Overview**
This executive role holds full responsibility for the group’s marketing function across multiple brands and geographies. The **CMO** will drive growth through acquisition, retention, brand strategy, and market expansion - balancing analytical precision with creative leadership in a competitive and fast-evolving space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and lead the multi-channel marketing strategy across markets and brands
- Build and manage cross-functional teams: acquisition, brand, CRM, content
- Own all paid traffic and performance marketing activities: media buying, affiliates, paid social, programmatic
- Align marketing with product development and commercial goals
- Set KPIs and drive performance across acquisition and retention funnels
- Oversee SEO, content strategy, and conversion optimization
- Manage budgets, reporting, and continuous performance improvement
- Lead marketing strategy for market expansion, including analysis, go-to-market planning, and localization

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years in executive marketing leadership roles within the iGaming industry
- Proven success in managing user acquisition and retention at scale
- Strong leadership experience across multiple regions and brands
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, attribution, and user LTV
- Fluent in English and Russian
