As a key member of Vistaprint’s in-house creative photography team, the Photography Producer (BCN) will be responsible for producing photoshoots out of Barcelona and Europe. This role will report into the Lead Photo Producer and will partner closely with the Photography Production Coordinator and Associate Creative Director to produce world-class lifestyle and product imagery for campaigns, new product launches, and site page requests.

**What You Will Do**:

- Collaborate closely with site and channel designers, project managers, photo art directors, post-production, and marketing partners on new photography requests to ensure that the request is clear and meets photo style guidelines.
- Source and propose photographers, wardrobe and prop stylists, locations, studios and talent, placing holds and acting as primary point of contact for freelancers/reps.
- Actively build and maintain a roster of freelance resources (photographers, stylists, etc.) to engage with during peak workload periods (as required). Lead all activities to add vendors into our procurement/purchasing system, and onboard vendors in all aspects of Vistaprint photography guidelines and processes.
- Source real businesses to feature in our marketing, as well as scout locations for business and consumer shoots.
- Manage on-set production - act as the primary point person on set to ensure that the shoot stays on schedule and all deliverables are met, and proactively solve any unexpected issues that may arise.
- Partner with the Photography Production Coordinator to create clear, thorough shot lists, call sheets, budgets, and shoot schedules.
- Negotiate estimates, create POs, submit invoices, and track production costs against photography budget.
**Your Qualifications**:

- 4+ years as a Photography Producer, both in studio and on location, as well as both product and lifestyle shoots
- Experience with Barcelona location permitting/insurance and hiring local talent
- Strong vendor management skills, including experience negotiating budgets and contracts
- Strong understanding of image licensing rights and usage
- Ability to travel for location shoots
