The Customer Success team is known worldwide and is consistently highlighted by our customers as one of their favorite things about us.
Your job as a Junior Customer Success Manager is first and foremost to make sure that our customers are taken care of. You’ll handle everything from onboarding and technical support to helping our customers grow their businesses.
This is a Junior job, allowing you the opportunity to learn the best practices for this role. In the future, you’ll be given your own portfolio of clients that you’ll be working with daily. You will form a close bond with your clients and become their trusted advisor.
What will I be doing?
Making sure new clients are successfully onboarded to the platform
Constantly identifying ways to add value for your portfolio clients through the platform
Taking care of your portfolio of clients and their contract renewals
Tracking and reporting on key metrics for customer happiness
Working with Sales to ensure that expectations are aligned for new clients
Ticketing and funnelling bugs and requests
Being a true brand ambassador of the culture and brand
What skills do I need?
Fluency in German and English
Solid written and verbal communication skills
A high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
A strong understanding of and desire to help others solve challenges in the context of B2B SaaS
Ability to work effectively in a distributed team by working transparently and proactively across time zones
Curiosity and a desire to learn every day
Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Years of experience. This is a junior position, and you’ll grow with us
