**What will your role look like?**

Do you believe in the importance of responsible AI and ethical technology? Are you a journalist, editorial professional, or media strategist? Do you have a mind for dissemination, metrics, and audience development? Are you involved in the world of B2B and emerging tech?

If you can create a detailed content and dissemination strategy and guide your team to keep it running, analyse and report thoughtful metrics and make improvements based on them, and distil key ideas, and the products of Eticas´research into engaging content/stories, you will be a great fit

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Communications Coordinator to define and manage Eticas’s communications strategy and public voice to amplify our mission and product with AI experts, the public, policymakers, civil society organizations, and the press.

**As a Communications Coordinator, your responsibilities will be**:

- Creating campaign strategies to promote and disseminate Eticas’s work, researching, writing, editing, and publishing content across all channels.
- Keep all content keywords and SEO-optimized.
- Creating and maintaining an ongoing content calendar.
- Keep and maintain updated metrics reports for all our platforms and communication activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, as well as liaise with clients and partners on shared campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare sales presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Search for new opportunities for campaigns, projects, and event participation through key industries and players.
- Be up to date with developments in the AI and ethics industry to ensure Eticas continues to be ahead of the curve.

**Requirements**:
**What will make you suceed?**
- Reading, speaking, and writing fluently in English and Spanish.
- A degree in communications, journalism, or a related field and experience working in B2B and/or media relations environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to attract, engage, and collaborate with diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach.
- You are a team worker with a proactive and can-do mindset to plan and execute your own ideas without the need for large investments in validation, along with a lifelong learning attitude.
- Familiarity with content management systems, especially WordPress
- Experience with reporting and acting on content analytics and metrics.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in SEO marketing.
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content that engages your audience.

**It would be a bonus if you also...**
- Have at least 3-5 years of previous experience in similar positions & working remotely
- Demonstrate project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute initiatives.
- Have worked in social media management.
- Have excellent people and communications skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Are proficient in HTML as well as Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools
- A strong understanding of or aptitude for industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in algorithmic auditing and responsible AI fields.
- Speak and write in other European languages
