Creating campaign strategiest o promote and disseminate Eticas's work, researching, writing, editing, and publishing contenta cross all channels.
- Keep all content keywordsand SEO-optimized.
- Creating and maintaining an ongoing content calendar.
- Keep and maintain updated metrics reports for all our platforms and communication activities.
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with local and international media, as well asliaise with clients and partners on shared campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare sales presentations, brochures,and other marketing materials.

- Have at least 3-5 years of previous experience in similar positions & working remotely
- Demonstrate project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute initiatives.
- Have worked in social media management.
- Have excellent peopleandcommunications skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Are proficientin HTML as well as Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools
- A strong understanding of or aptitude for industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements inalgorithmicauditing and responsible AI fields.
- Reading, speaking,and writing fluently in English and Spanish.
- A degree in communications, journalism, or a related fieldand experience working in B2B and/or media relationsenvironments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability toattract,engage,and collaborate with diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach.
- You are ateam workerwith a proactive and can-do mindset to plan and execute your own ideas without the need for large investments in validation, along with a lifelong learning attitude.
- Familiarity with content management systems, especiallyWordPress
- Experience with reporting and acting oncontent analytics andmetrics.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in SEO marketing.
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content that engagesyour audience.
