Tasks

The role

You'll be our first Design Operations hire supporting product development with UX Writing and Content Design working in a multi-disciplinary product team. Our platform is used across multiple countries with English as the primary language, with future localizations planned as we scale.

Key responsibilities
- Lead Cledara’s platform user experience from a holistic, communication-focused perspective
- Act as thought leader on the development of new features to continuously improving what we have today
- Participate in customer research to understand user needs and market use cases
- Own UX Content Principles and Guidelines, and contribute to our Design System
- Set up content tooling and ensure cross-alignment between Design, Product and Engineering

**Requirements**:
About You
- Strong knowledge of the end to end iterative UX content design process in a product-focused environment
- Experience writing and structuring language to respond to different audience needs
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- The ability to help your team and stakeholders understand the “why” behind your design rationale
- Proficient with Figma and Lokalise (or your content platform of choice - we plan to implement one shortly)
- Native or fluent English, both written and spoken
