**What your future position looks like**:
We're looking for a talented UX Writer to join our growing UX design team. As the first UX Writer in our dynamic environment, you will play a crucial role in shaping the language and tone of our B2B and B2B2C products. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers, you'll influence product strategy and ensure content is considered from the earliest stages of development.

Your job will focus on three main areas:

- Product Development:_
- You will join a growing UX design team and contribute to various products, including B2B and B2B2C.
- Work with product managers and engineers to contribute to product strategy discussions, ensuring that content considerations are thought of in the development process from the early stages
- Language consistency:_
- As bsport’s first UX Writer, you’ll collaborate with product designers and business stakeholders to create and refine content. You will also oversee the wording and tone of voice for the product, making sure it aligns with bsport customer expectations.
- Envision and define clear and concise wording, and actions for all aspects of our product. This includes microcopy, instructional content, and guidelines for our Design System.
- Put together standards and guidelines of UX Writing to be followed by our stakeholders throughout the product and the operation
- Provide context to internal/external stakeholders to guide the translations in 7 different languages
- User experience:_
- Work as part of a UX team, talking with our users, partnering with product managers, product designers and development team to help deliver the most understandable and engaging content solutions
- Continuously iterate and improve copy and content based on user feedback, usability testing, and data insights to enhance the overall user experience
- Coach and share knowledge with your design colleagues; helping them grow in their UX writing skills

**You will be a good fit to join us if you**:

- 3 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role, ideally within a SaaS B2B product environment
- English proficiency with excellent grammar and copywriting skills
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to write concise and user-centric copy
- Understanding of content-focused usability testing in order to validate content solutions in our prototypes and the product itself
- You are good at communication and able to deal with feedback from various stakeholders
- You are willing to be a part of a growing UX team

**Nice to have**:

- German is a big plus
- You have experience in conducting user research, usability testing, or data analysis to inform content decisions
- You have experience creating wireframes to get a buy-in for your content proposals.
