Senior Creative Project Manager

We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product—a platform for digital marketers.

And this is our **Senior Creative Project Manage**r** role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.

**Tasks in the role**:

- Manage the day-to-day running of Creative Agency resources.
- Monitor and update continuous progress on Monday boards.
- Coordinate between the Marketing/Creative/Production teams.
- Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines and set realistic expectations.
- Proactively chase and interrogate delays.
- Manage and mentor the Project Managers in the Creative Agency.
- Troubleshoot any resource or workflow issues.
- Ensure teams start to work on time/have clear briefs.
- Lead weekly meetings to review and plan work for all teams.
- Review project requests against resources and flag needs.
- Flag and solve capacity problems before, if, and when they arise.
- Manage and continuously build a network of third-party suppliers.
- Hire and onboard freelance creatives and negotiate rate and contract terms.
- Work closely with creative team leads on resource and freelance needs.

**Who we are looking for***:

- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Solid experience working with project management software (Monday, etc.).
- Experience negotiating with suppliers, including agencies and freelancers.
- Must have previous experience in Traffic or Resource Management, either agency side or in-house.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines in a busy environment.
- Ability to self-manage and a willingness to work with cross-cultural teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
**- You have B2B experience (is a plus).
