Right now, we are looking for a **Paid Media Trainee **to join our team

**You will get the chance to**:

- Participation in the GLOBANT School Program.
- Paid internship.
- Supervision and guidance from a tutor/manager to learn directly.
- Training in a real environment of a high-growth profession.
- Flexible working hours and Friday afternoons off. Centrally located (Madrid) offices with good transportation connections.
- Dynamic, multidisciplinary professional environment... and also, fun.
- Integration into the Paid Media team: a young team, continuously growing, and where you can learn everything about digital marketing campaigns with top-level clients.

**What will help you succeed**:

- Bachelor's degree with the possibility of signing an agreement.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
- A dynamic, resourceful, and organized person with a high capacity for teamwork.
- Good communication skills and enjoy negotiation.
- A person who is not afraid of numbers and wants to understand how to grow a business through digital campaigns.
- High level of spoken and written English. Availability during business hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Fridays from 9 am to 2:30 pm.
- And it would be fantastic (but not mandatory)... Knowledge of digital analytics and Google Analytics. Knowledge of digital media. Master's degree in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
