We are looking for our first **Project Engineer Manager** to join our company in the current hyper-growth phase. This role is going to support our operations team helping our customers with everything related to the permits and legalization side.

You will be in a unique position to collaborate closely ‌with the management team and ‌jointly shape ‌the‌ future of the company. **You will be the first person in this role** with the opportunity to later build an engineering department. To be successful in this role you need to be incredibly customer-centric and have basic deep knowledge about PV installations.
- Monitor and supervise our residential solar constructions remotely or onsite and solve technical problems along the way.
- Create descriptive reports and construction details for Sunhero regarding our solar installations.
- Develop a win-win relationship with our installers and be able to solve any problem during the installation.
- Create and present technical documentation related to the legalization of the system at the Industry Government department.

**Qualifications**:

- You have authorized signatures for PV projects in the engineering college.
- You have a customer service mindset.
- You feel comfortable working with different teams of installers
- High tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated ability on strong execution skills.
- You have a strong analytical background, always look for data to make a decision.
- You have strong knowledge related to PV installations, the PV solar market, and different PV brands.
- You have 3+ years of experience as a project engineer preferably in a solar company or similar industries.
