**YOUR MISSIONS**

Reporting to the Financial Director, you are are based in Spain, and will be in charge of the personalized debt collection for our Spanish Customers
- Effective updating and maintenance of the customer database
- Follow-up of cash receipts
- Management of passenger card enrolments
- Accounts analysis & payment allocation
- Other collection and recovery tasks with the international team
- Work with Account Managers to smooth payments and resolve issues

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE ?**
- You have a first experience in customer relationship
- You speak Spanish & English (French is a plus)
- You are Dynamic, curious and proactive
- Methodical, you have good analytical skills
