**Key Responsibilities**

- Dar soporte al departamento de OCC de la aerolínea, asegurando los estándares de seguridad de los vuelos y aeronaves, trabajando a turnos rotativos.
- Hacer seguimiento de todos los vuelos (horas de salida y llegada, retrasos, causas, etc.).
- Coordinar sucesos, retrasos, cambio de equipos, desvíos, cancelaciones, etc. con los departamentos afectados.
- Elaborar informes diarios del estado de los vuelos.
- Gestionar y hacer seguimiento del reporte SMS en caso de incidencia.
- Dar soporte en la implementación de procedimientos y mejoras continuas en el departamento.

**Work Experience**

- Experiência en entorno aeroportuario de 6 meses.
- Inglés B2.
- Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas.
- Proactividad, trabajo en equipo y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Perfil resolutivo y organizado.
