We take care of our employees, and we ensure everyone receives permanent mentoring and training and a push to always take one step further as well as untold international experience that will help you grow and will accompany all your life We are continuously building the company, bringing together diversity of thoughts, backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives being able to create a place where everyone feels like they belong **Your responsibilities will include**: As part of a high performing management team, you will: Support the design and lead and implement sales strategy plan Perform market analysis identifying potential clients and define strategy to approach them (channel, responsible person, etc.) Maintain general knowledge of all Pivotal services, develop and lead sales presentation and marketing messages Sourced and closed new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means (conference/trade shows planning and attendance, regional organisations, etc.) Leverage potential new business opportunities within existing clients. Analyse potential opportunities and develop sales plans for each target account. Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to clients Serve as first and principal point of contact with prospects and existing client Coordinate the sales and proposals’ team, develop and provide oversight on the development of RFIs, RFPs and bid defences. Review full RFP and Bid defence materials prior to CEO or SVP CD sign-off Coordinate, manage and lead sales initiatives and activities including external parties to ensure alignment Monitor client satisfaction by communicating regularly with clients and proactively resolve clients’ issue Be the owner and manage CRM reporting tool (existing clients, bids and potential clients) and prepare monthly sales activity report including client-segmentation and assessment. Lead monthly sales review meetings **Requirements**: Proven track record at mid - and high-level contacts Excellent Business/Industry awareness and a thorough understanding of industry trends and impact on the business >8 years sales and proposals related experience High customer obsession skills, works relentlessly towards optimal client experience and satisfaction Ability to continuously earn trust by influencing others internally and externally Ability to deliver results while working on multiple assignments and ability to meet demanding deadlines and expectations in a changing environment Ability to creatively solve problems and generate new idea Advanced analytics for assessing and interpreting pipeline management data and for reviewing budgets Effective communication with colleagues, managers and clients Digital process oriented and experience with CRMs is desirable **Skills**: Demonstrated problem-solving skills, a strong sense of urgency, keen attention to detail, and the ability to plan, organize and successfully execute in an environment under time and resource pressures Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work autonomously Fluent in English and other languages desirable Good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) **What you can expect**: Resources that promote your career growth Leaders that support flexible work schedules Trainings to help you build your therapeutic knowledge Dynamic work environments that expose you to new experiences
