- Job Description Summary:
Procurement Manager Renewable projects

Provide Procurement Manager (PM) duties as per business processes to ensure, market analysis and benchmarking is constantly up-to-date, suppliers’ relationships and tendering are managed properly; and all procurement contracts under the designated projects are completed within the time, quality, quantity, to the right place and approved budget as set.

- Main Responsibilities:
- Makes sure all procurement processes are compliant with company standards and procedure.-
- Follows latest product solutions and innovations for the technology in his/her scope.-
- Establishes relationships with suppliers for the technology in his/her scope.-
- Responsible for keeping close relationships with suppliers of strategic items, reviewing and evaluating supplier pre-qualification questionnaires, collecting information about the suppliers and keeping it updated in line with the company procedures.-
- Accountable for keeping track of the tendering process, smooth Q&A sessions during bidding stage, comparison and evaluation of offers, and negotiating contracts.-
- Negotiates and manages all strategic contracts (main components and frameworks)-
- Accountable for the proper purchasing process in line with the company procedure and ERP system-
- Facilitates the escalation of commercial issues where and when appropriate.-
- Provides feedback into the procurement process with lessons learned sessions, reviews of contractors’ performance etc..-
- Increases commercial knowledge and awareness throughout the business by continuing education and training.-
- Other tasks defined by the line manager.- Key Requirements:
- Experience in the role, at least 5-10 years-
- Capacity to work in an international team-
- Detailed Knowledge of Precast and Post Stressed Concrete Design and Construction-
- Experience of design and construction Reinforced Concrete preferably with Floating Foundation knowledge.-
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholders and partners, technical and non-technical)- Education/Background- Degree or Higher in Engineering or Administration-
