**Technical Expert ServiceNow | Inglés (100% REMOTO)**:
Trabajarás como **Technical Expert ServiceNow **encargado/a de mejorar la calidad, apoyar en el diseño funcional y hacerse cargo de que los proyectos sean entregados a tiempo.

**¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?**:

- Traducir los requisitos de negocio en funcionalidades de Service Now centrándose en minimizar el nível de personalizaciones.
- Colaborar con el Arquitecto de Service Now en el diseño, desarrollo y soporte de soluciones Service Now, empleando las mejores prácticas en arquitectura, diseño y desarrollo.
- Revisión y optimización de las implementaciones realizadas por otros desarrolladores asegurando una mejor adherencia a la baja personalización, un rendimiento óptimo, escalabilidad y seguridad.
- Desarrollar mejoras que se identificaron como lagunas durante la fase UAT y potencialmente revisar los diseños existentes para mejorarlos.

**¿QUÉ TE HARÁ TRIUNFAR EN ESTA POSICIÓN?**:
+6 años de experiência práctica en Service Now CSM y/o ITSM (ITAM es un plus).
- Experto en gestión y personalización del Portal de Servicios (con experiências prácticas).
- Excelente conocimiento de la gestión de Casos, Incidentes y Solicitudes, definición y configuración del Catálogo de Servicios con experiências prácticas.
- Buen conocimiento de la Plataforma Service Now y sus características principales (aplicaciones principales, capacidades compartidas, CMDB...).
- Experiência en integraciones con herramientas de terceros (scripted APIs e Integration Hub).
- Excelente conocimiento de Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
- Inglés avanzado, capacidad para mantener reuniones en inglés.
