**Key responsibilities / What you do**
- Account management tasks which include consolidation of financial reports and control of company plans and forecasts.
- Tracking and support with company contracts.
- Demand management assistance to ensure an excellent end-to-end service for customers.
- Provision of support with various projects.
- Provision of support with Internal Audits.
- Alignment with senior cross functional stakeholders to prepare presentations for Executive Committees, townhalls, account meetings, etc. and follow-up Surveys & Feedback analyses.
- Local Environmental Officer support.
- Tracking status of KPIs and deliverables of business and prepare ad hoc reports.
- Design of new processes and programs in collaboration with cross functional colleagues.

**Key requirements / What you bring**
- Studying last year of Degree or Msc. in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- Excellent communication
- Capacity for teamwork
- Experience in IT projects.
- Written and oral fluency in English required.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint and SAP.

**Key Benefits / What we offer**:

- Internship agreement with your university or business school.
- 6-month internship period from 9am to 2pm. If this schedule does not fit completely, we will talk and see how we can adapt it.
- During your stay at Allianz, you will have two mentors. On the one hand, your direct manager who will guide your development and learning in the business area in which you collaborate and, on the other hand, you will have an HR tutor, who will meet periodically with you to analyse your evolution and the opportunities to continue in the company after internship.

- Financial aid of € 600 / month.
