Offline Service Specialist
**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for offline service consumer satisfactory, including all offline service channels.
2. Offline service network planning and building, not only to assure best service coverage but also to achieve brand consistency at the consumer level.
3. Offline service strategy and process planning, implementation and optimization, both internally and externally.
4. Service partner management, business data analysis and rapidly improving overall offline service capability.
5. Co-operate with online (call center, internet) and spare part team to enhance service capability.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualification Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Strong pressure resistance capability
3. Stay customer-centric, Inspire dedication, strong responsibility
4. High request about English communication, mastering both Spanish and Portuguese will be a plus
Professional Skill Requirements:
1. Project management and operation ability, fully control, push and track business progress, in order to achieve target.
2. Strong communication capability and proactively attitude.
3. Good reporting ability, and be able to clearly summarize and report the operation status of a project.
Work Experience:
1. Rich knowledge of local service business of consumer electronics products.
2. More than 3 years of customer service experience
